Optimation Technology, Inc. (“Optimation”) will collect no personal information about you when you visit our website unless you voluntarily choose to provide the information to us, for example, by entering information in an online form, subscribing to a newsletter or sending us an email. 

Here is how we handle information about your visit to our website: 

  1. If I browse the Website, read pages, or download information, what information do you collect? If you do nothing during your visit but browse through the Website, read pages, or download information, we gather and store certain information about your visit automatically. Your web browser software transmits most of this information to us. This information does not identify you personally. We automatically collect and store your website visit information as follows, to help us make our site more useful to visitors, to learn about the number of visitors to our site, the places on the site they are interested in, and the types of technology uses. If you linked to the Website from another website, the address of that website. We do not use “cookies” on our website. (A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive.)
  2. With whom is my website usage information shared? We will not sell or rent website usage information to anyone unless we are required to do so by law, subpoena, court order or legal process, or we find that your actions on our website violate Optimation’s Terms of Use. We do use some third party service companies to assist in our website search engine keyword optimization; their representatives will see website usage data when analyzing to provide Optimation with suggestions for improved search engine placement. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your information, Optimation cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. 
  3. What are my choices regarding collection, use, and distribution of my information? Optimation may, from time to time, send you email or direct mail regarding our services. Only Optimation (or agents working on behalf of Optimation) will send you these direct mailings. If you do not want to receive such mailings, please tell us. 
  4. Links to Other Sites Websites that have links on our site may collect personally identifiable information about you. The information practices of those websites linked to and from Optimation are not covered by this privacy statement. Once you connect to any external websites via a link to that site on our website, you are subject to the privacy policy of the new site. 
  5. Changes to this Privacy Policy Optimation may, with the necessary approvals, revise this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages. This is a statement of policy and should not be interpreted as a contract of any kind.
