Use Optimation’s services for utilization studies to benchmark capabilities, review changes for new production requirements, and plan multi-phased capital budgets. This analysis can be invaluable for your future capability and production planning.

Batch House Design Specialists

We offer a multi-disciplined design team for your batch processing needs, with best practices for equipment arrangements, dust collection, storage, weighing, mixing and transport of batch. With years of experience, the team has tackled a full-range of batch problems, providing leading-edge solutions for end clients in a variety of glass industries.

3D Modeling

Our team utilizes 3D modeling techniques to support a more accurate representation, interference detection, conceptual design visualization, and faster design reviews. Tools used include AutoCAD and SolidWorks. The 3D model is then available in support of additional engineering analysis, such as structural or vibration. The final design can be sliced into 2D vector-based representations.

Mechanical and Machine Services

Our applied experience in machine design and build ranges from providing single machine design discipline expertise to full turnkey solutions, from conceptual design to fabrication, assembly, testing, installation and maintenance. Optimation uses AutoCAD 2D and AutoCAD 3D, Intergraph, Inventor, SolidWorks and Unigraphics.
